Writing during baby loss awareness week Stacey, 31, shared on Instagram: "Went downstairs to light a candle with the boys tonight. "Thinking of all of the one in four of us.
Tonight and always. I'm so sorry. Lots and lots of love." She told her followers she had miscarried previously when she announced she was pregnant with Rose.
Stacey said at the time: "For a really long time we've been trying for another pickle. It didn't work out and this was our news quite a few times. "We decided we were so lucky.
