Emma Raducanu has reportedly lined up a trial period with the former coach of fellow British player Johanna Konta. The 18-year-old has been without a full-time coach since parting ways with Andrew Richardson after the pair worked together during her unprecedented US Open title win.
Raducanu has been looking for a full-time coach with more tour-level experience as she makes the transition to life on the pro circuit.
The young Brit made history last month as she became the first-ever qualifier to win a Grand Slam title, winning the US Open while ranked down at world No 150, without dropping a set across ten matches.
