Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.
Elderly woman dies at Troon beach as police probe 'unexplained' death
dailyrecord.co.ukA police investigation has been launched after the sudden death of a woman at a Scots beach.Emergency services were raced to Troon Beach at Crosbie Road in Ayrshire at 6.50am today after receiving a report of the incident.
Medics attended and on arrival, the woman was found dead at the scene.Police are currently treating her death as unexplained.
Inquires remain ongoing.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were called to the beach at Crosbie Road in Troon around 6.50am on Tuesday, April 18 2021 following the sudden death of an elderly woman.
The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
