EastEnders fans moved as Linda pays tribute to the Queen in last minute scene
thesun.co.ukEASTENDERS fans were delighted this evening as the show payed the tribute to the Queen. The BBC soap included a last minute scene showing Linda, Denise and Kathy discussing the late Queen Elizabeth II in the Queen Vic.
Denise lamented: “She has been there our whole lives, it’s like she’s everything we have ever known.” Kathy continued: “It just feels so personal, just devastating, it’s like we have lost our nan.” Linda, who is known for loving the royals, then interjects: “We have, we have all lost our nan.
She dedicated her entire life to serving us.” The trio then continued to discuss their memories of her – with Kathy saying she was just three during the coronation.
