Father-of-one Lee Clarke, aged 23, was sentenced to six and a half years behind bars after hitting Sophia Meakin-Hogg and her partner Skye Bullen, 22, who were left traumatised following the incident on Christmas Eve in 2019.
He also reversed his Golf vehicle and drove at the helpless couple a second time, as reported by Manchester Evening News.CCTV footage showcases the moment Clarke used his car as a battering ram to attack Sophia and her then partner, Skye.
He had turned the headlights off to avoid detection. The couple had nipped out for a quick drink and were on their way home to wrap presents for Sophia's young daughter.
