Drink driver who died in '100mph' crash was pursued by worried brother

dad who careered through the streets at "well over 100mph" was pursued by his brother trying to prevent him from drink driving, an inquest heard.

The hearing at South Manchester Coroner's Court on Monday, September 20 learned how Craig Davies was speeding on the wrong side of Manchester Road in Hyde when he crashed into an oncoming vehicle just before 1am on Monday August 12, 2019.According to Manchester Evening News, the 34-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene after the collision sent his car, a red Volkswagen Golf, crashing into a nearby wall before bursting into flames.
