Doncaster TikTok star Jehane Thomas's heartbreaking photo at home with her sons just days before she died
msn.comDoncaster mum, who had a "kind and genuine soul", died "unexpectedly" on Friday, March 17. She had previously spoken about suffering from migraines and "bouts of illness" and told her followers on March 5 that she had been diagnosed with optic neuritis a few months earlier.
Just days before her death, Jehane shared that she had endured a "really challenging week" both physically and mentally. She told her followers on Instagram that she felt like her sons, Isaac and Elijah, had "grown up so much" while she was away in hospital. It's been a really challenging week, not just physically but mentally. I've missed these two so much and feel like they've both grown up so much whilst I've been away. "After sharing my experience, many of you have told me to go and speak to PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) which I'll be doing in the morning.
I'm then going to email my neurologist and see what plan of action he had in place because I can not keep living life like this. "I may be home but I'm still struggling with these migraines as nothing was really done to help them after a whole week of being there and I'd rather self medicate at home with these around me then left me in a bed on my own all day and night, so I may not be fixed but I'm not giving in.
