Still not seeing any offers, the listing was removed, but made an appearance last September in the hopes that an enticing real estate market amid the pandemic could lure a buyer.
But no such luck.Lauer, 63, and his wife at the time, Annette Roque, had purchased the home, located five minutes from the upscale Sag Harbor community, from Richard Gere in 2016 for $36.5 million, property records show.Gere initially asked for $65 million, but ultimately dropped the price to attract a buyer.Spanning approximately 14,000.
