The Munich International Film Festival will screen 152 films from 53 countries during its 41st edition, which runs from June 28 to July 6.
Titles set for the fest include Cannes breakouts like the Demi Moore body The Substance by French filmmaker Coralie Fargeat, Payal Kapadia’s Grand Pix-winning All We Imagine As Light, and Karim Aïnouz’s Motel Destino.
World premieres announced today include the Brazillian horror drama Continente and Noaz Deshe’s Xoftex, a joint world premiere with the Karlovy Vary Festival.
Other titles on offer include Viggo Mortensen’s The Dead Don’t Hurt, Isabelle Huppert pic Sidonie in Japan, and Zar Amir and Guy Nattiv’s Tatami.
