The activist and podcast host, 40, who was honoured with a damehood recently, has been living at her parents' home in Woking after being moved to palliative care last month.
It comes after she was first diagnosed with bowel cancer back in 2016 and has kept her almost one million Instagram followers up to date with her treatments.

She penned: "Today's sundowner treat of choice! 'Sex on the beach!' Maybe I should call this working my way through all old school cocktails day by day before I'm gone!" Last month, the author and former headteacher admitted she was scared to sleep as she continues to receive end of life care at home.
