DAVID and Victoria Beckham's £31.5million London town house needs structural repairs as the raised terrace risks collapse. The Grade-II listed home in Holland Park has suffered wear and tear thanks to its impressive age, and is in poor structural condition.

Inter Miami FC owner David, 46, and former Spice Girl Victoria, 47, live in the sprawling family home with their children. Despite pumping an extra £8million into renovating the Victorian manor in 2016, the £31.5million house looks to be needing extra attention.

The home, which has an indoor pool and a wine cellar, was previously renovated to create separate quarters, where son Brooklyn, 22, used to live before moving in with his fiancée Nicola Peltz.

Top interior designer Kelly Hoppen worked hard to transform the space, before Rosi Uniacke took over to finish the job. But now the home is said to need urgent repairs, which the Beckhams are keen to get on with in order to save later expense.
