Dave Coulier is getting honest about the unexpected side effects of chemotherapy. On a new episode of the Full House Rewind podcast out on Friday, the actor offered fans an update on how he’s feeling amid his treatment for stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

There’s so much someone has to process amid a cancer journey, and for him right now, “it’s been a little bit of an adjustment” getting used to having no hair, he shared: Related: The Office Star Jenna Fischer Reveals Breast Cancer Battle It’s not just that he misses his hair, he also now realizes how helpful it was, he continued: His co-host Marla Sokoloff then teased: But the comic realized he’ll have another problem to deal with, replying: Hah, true!

His co-host then referenced a meme which said, “if your nose isn’t running right now, appreciate the heck out of that,” and she thought Dave might relate to the feeling, explaining: He totally understood that, but wished his only problem was a runny nose, expressing: The 65-year-old described it as his body being in a constant state of “fight or flight mode”: Dave is staying strong, though, as he said he’s got an amazing team of supporters, he shared: An incredible perspective during such a tough time!
