Holly Willoughby
Holly Marie Willoughby (born 10 February 1981) is an English television presenter, model and author. She is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2009–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2011, 2018–present) alongside Phillip Schofield.

Phillip Bryan Schofield (born 1 April 1962) is an English television presenter who works for ITV. He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present).
Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.
Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

A source said: “No one wanted this to go legal but Holly won’t simply give away her hard-fought millions without a fight.” Holly has hired top lawyers, whom she met last week, to help her hold on to her money.
The presenter has been told she faces a potential seven- figure payout should YMU — whose clients include Phillip Schofield, Amanda Holden and Ant and Dec — be successful.
The row centres on so-called sunset provisions by which agents collect commission from a celebrity who has left them. They would seek a cut if Holly’s contracts with shows including This.
