Regan, 25, was cheered on by dad Paul and sister Bianca in the studio audience as he performed to Singing in the Rain with dance partner Karin.
When speaking to host Holly, 40, towards the end of the show, Paul joked: "I didn't come to see Regan, I've come to see you." Holly blushed: "I won't tell anyone." Paul added: "He's incredible.
I took him skiing when he was four and he was quite good then." A tearful Gazza wiped his eyes as he told Holly how proud he was of his son.
