heartburn. Paul Walker, from Lisburn, Co Antrim, received shocking news this week that he has between five months and one year to live as cancer was found in his stomach, according to Devon Live.

The 37-year-old initially went to see a doctor because he thought he had really painful heartburn. However, the pain worsened over the next few days and he had to take an ambulance to hospital fearing he was having a heart attack, Belfast Live reports.Paul was informed he had gall stones and type two diabetes, but a couple of weeks later following a CT Scan, doctors told him that his condition was far worse than they thought.Speaking to BelfastLive, Paul said: "I just keep asking myself why this has happened.
