Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Cristiano Ronaldo once again has the bragging rights over Lionel Messi in the Champions League, thanks to another late Manchester United winner on Wednesday evening.
Trailing 2-0 at half-time to Atalanta, and booed off the pitch, United produced a spirited, uplifting second-half comeback to seal an unlikely victory, courtesy of goals from Marcus Rashford, Harry Maguire and Ronaldo.
After Rashford and Maguire found the net via their feet, Ronaldo, as he so often does, did the damage with his head, powering an emphatic effort past Atalanta goalkeeper Juan Musso, before wheeling away to celebrate with the jubilant United fans and his team-mates.
