'Creed 3' Box Office Numbers Are In - Opening Week Viewership Revealed!

Creed III is officially a big hit. The third film in the Creed series came out on top at the box office in its opening weekend, as of Sunday (March 5).

The movie was projected to earn $36 million to $40 million, and it already surpassed those expectations. Keep reading to find out more… The movie opened to a $58.7 million debut, via Variety.

The first Creed opened to $29.6 million in 2015, while its 2018 sequel opened to $35.5 million. The Michael B. Jordan-directed third installment benefited from high reviews (it’s got an 87% on Rotten Tomatoes), as well as more expensive Imax tickets.
