Robert Holden was brought back from Cape Verde in 2023 under extradition after he absconded to the country with a one-way ticket, having dodged a court appearance for a series of depraved sexual crimes.
Holden had installed covert cameras in his two residences to secretly film individuals as they used his bathroom, other areas, and his hot tub.
The reprehensible Holden also recorded several women during sexual encounters with them, categorising the footage in folders with labels such as "[victim's name] f*****" and "[victim's initials] stripping".
Unbeknownst to his victims, who saw him as a respected community figure, Holden maintained his everyday activities. It was revealed at Bradford Crown Court on Friday that he even captured himself engaging in masturbation to the images he had surreptitiously taken while in his chamber.
