Coronation Street left questioning blunder after Faye Windass' emotional Cobbles exit
ok.co.ukThere were emotional scenes on Coronation Street last night (Wednesday May 24) as Faye Windass - played by Ellie Leach - bid farewell to the cobbles as she left her fiancé Craig Tinker (Colson Smith) behind.
Faye made the devastating decision to leave Weatherfield with her ex-partner, Jackson, and their daughter, Miley, in the hope of providing a more stable family life for the little girl.
Craig was heartbroken, but gallantly told Faye that she should be with her daughter if that's how she felt.The pair shared an emotional embrace on the cobbles as they said their goodbyes, with a tearful Craig kissing Faye's head and holding her close as he let her go.
But, despite the high emotions, fans of the show spotted a glaring error in the midst of Faye's departure - in that she didn't appear to have let her employees at the factory know that she was leaving.
