During the latest episode, Gemma confided in brother Paul Foreman that the wedding venue is demanding full payment up front or the whole thing is off.To which Dee-Dee Bailey later overheard him on the phone to the bank in a bid to help his sister with her wedding plans.
However, soap watchers were left distracted during the scenes as they realised Gemma's real name is in fact Gemini "Gemma" Winter while Paul's real name is Apollo "Paul" Foreman.Taking to Twitter, one person said: "So Gemma’s real name IS Gemini!??
I thought it was a nickname? #Corrie." To which a different account replied: "Paul's is Apollo!" with another viewer exclaiming: "I thought they were nicknames!" However, fans will recall that this isn't new news and their unusual names were in fact revealed on the ITV soap in 2019, where soap watchers were left stunned at the time.
