Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

The effigy was seen swaying overhead on Campbell Street, dangling from the Hurlford Road Bridge, on Friday night. We told how officers from Police Scotland and firefighters from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene, as video footage of the drama was shared in WhatsApp groups.
