But sadly, a chippy in Bolton has beaten us to it and the staff are showing off their culinary skills to the locals. Flounders Fish and Chips is selling this incredible snack - which is simply just a portion of chips, served on a roll before getting a good old dunking in the deep fryer while caked in traditional chip shop batter.It is available to buy for £2 and can be service with either curry, gravy or even mushy peas.Victoria Flatters, who owns the chippy, said that customers have been repeatedly buying it after the first try.
