Iranian protesters have demanded "justice" for a woman who was assaulted by anti-riot police, with one officer forcibly grabbing her bottom and then pushing her on the ground.  The video, captured on a security camera at the Argentina Square in Tehran on Wednesday, shows police surrounding the woman. When they start to cart her away, one officer grabs the woman’s bottom before she drops to her knees.  Another woman can be heard saying that the officers were pulling the victim’s hair as she knelt on the ground.  Tehran’s Police Public Relations office has said the incident will be investigated, the BBC reported, but the police provided no statement as to what might have happened.

The creator of the best-selling trading card game in history is being hailed as a "hero" after he died trying to save an American girl off the coast of Okinawa. Kazuki Takahashi, 60, died in July after the tragic incident that went without clarification from officials for weeks. The Japanese Coast Guard explained that officials consulted with the family of the late comic artist, who expressed desire to downplay Takahashi's tragedy so as not to draw attention away from the ongoing care of the young girl.

Police in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, found "multiple objects in the water that appear to be human remains" in the Deep Fork River Friday amid a days-long search for four missing cyclists, authorities said. Mark Chastain, 32; Billy Chastain, 30; Mike Sparks, 32; and Alex Stevens, 29, of Okmulgee, were reported missing Monday evening. Mark Chastain's wife, Jessica, and Alex Stevens' mother reported their disappearances.

The suspect in the Connecticut ambush that resulted in the deaths of two Bristol Police officers was friends on Facebook with one of the victims.  Nicholas Brutcher's list of friends on the social media platform includes fallen officer Alex Hamzy, who appeared to go by Alex Yzmah on Facebook.  Hamzy, 34, was killed in the line of duty Wednesday night.  Bristol Police Chief Brian Gould said in a news conference that Hamzy, who was raised in the city, graduated from Bristol Eastern High School in 2006. Mexican prosecutors have launched an investigation into the alleged machete attack of a Utah dad vacationing with his wife in Cancun for Valentine’s Day. "The Attorney General's office is announcing that an investigation is underway regarding the apparent illegal deprivation of liberty of a tourist of U.S. nationality, which occurred in Cancun in February 2022," the Quintana Roo prosecutor’s office told Fox News Digital.

People who knew Nicholas Brutcher, the suspect in the killing of two Connecticut police officers, described him as "rowdy" and "always drinking."  In an interview with the New York Post, a neighbor of his brother, Nathaniel Brutcher, said that "Nick was the big rowdy one." The woman added that Nicholas, who the Post said was a divorced father, was a "big teddy bear."  Another neighbor told the outlet that Nicholas would visit his brother and that he was "always drinking."  "I don’t know much about [Nicholas], except he drinks a lot," he said. "The dude’s always drinking. He’d be around, checking on his brother." The same neighbor described Nathaniel Brutcher as a "man-child" who he claimed was into drugs.

RALEIGH, N.C. – Raleigh, North Carolina, officials held a press conference early Friday after an alleged juvenile gunman shot and killed five people, including an off-duty police officer, and wounded two more. The gunman, a 15-year-old boy, opened fire near the Neuse River Greenway area in Raleigh just after 5 p.m., officials previously said.

The home of former Atlanta Falcons football player Julio Jones was burglarized Tuesday while he was in Florida playing in his first season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In a news release, Atlanta police said officers responded to reports of a burglary at a residence in Buckhead. Upon arriving at the home, the officers were told the property belonged to Jones.

A Michigan teenager allegedly jumped over the retaining wall of a freeway and fell 25 to 30 feet after running out of gas in an allegedly stolen Mustang during a police chase on Wednesday evening, the Brownstown Police Department said. The suspect was transported to a local hospital and did not appear to have any life-threatening injuries.  The nearby Woodhaven Police Department originally put out an alert that three Mustang Shelby GT500s had been stolen from the Ford Flat Rock Assembly Plant around 7 p.m.

Eight days after Georgia toddler Quinton Simon was reported missing from his Savannah home, police announced Thursday that they have not yet located the 20-month-old's remains, despite naming a prime suspect – his mother – and accumulating evidence to indicate that he is no longer alive.  "Sadly, we still have not found Quinton," said Chatham County Police Chief Jeff Hadley. "The evidence that we have so far, based on multiple search warrants and interviews, has led us to the conclusion that Quinton is deceased." He added: "The accumulation of evidence over these last eight days has led us to this conclusion today." An American tourist claims that he was kidnapped and left for dead at the end of his vacation to Mexico last February. After visiting Cancun with his wife, Dustan Jackson said he decided to call a cab to take him to buy chewing tobacco while they waited for their flight back to the U.S. His driver said he knew a store that sold snuff, but the tourist claims he was actually kidnapped.  Jackson said he was ambushed by machete-wielding muggers as soon as he got out of the car.

Missing toddler Quinton Simon is believed to be dead and his mother is the prime suspect, Georgia authorities said Wednesday night.  "We are saddened to report that CCPD and the FBI have notified Quinton Simon’s family that we believe he is deceased," the Chatham County Police Department tweeted around 10:30 p.m. "We have named his mother, Leilani Simon, as the prime suspect in his disappearance and death.

Texas police have taken a couple's son into custody as a person of interest in his parents' double murder. Johnson County Deputies on Oct. 5 conducted a welfare check on Michael Scarlett, 66, and Kay Scarlett, 68, after receiving a phone call from a concerned family member who was unable to get in touch with the couple, according to the Johnson County Sheriff's Office (JCSO).

An arrest has been made following the release of security footage showing a man forcefully walking a teenage girl before she was sexually assaulted in a Los Angeles bathroom, police said Wednesday.  The Los Angeles Police Department told Fox News an arrest has been made but could not confirm if the suspect seen on camera was the person in police custody. The incident occurred Tuesday at a park in the El Sereno neighborhood.  A suspect is seen with a teen girl in Los Angeles moments before she was sexually assaulted.

A Philadelphia police union leader is pointing the finger at District Attorney Larry Krasner and city officials for soft-on-crime policies and failing to support law enforcement after three city SWAT officers were shot serving a homicide warrant.  "It's our liberal progressive, so-called D.A.," Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police president John McNesby said. "He does more work to let people out of jail than he does to keep them in." "[Criminals] know that they can wreak havoc and do whatever they want and there's not a damn thing that's going to happen to them." On "America Reports" Wednesday, McNesby said that on top of Krasner's policies, law enforcement has been stripped of the manpower and resources needed to defend the city.  Three SWAT officers were reportedly shot Wednesday morning while serving an arrest warrant in North Philadelphia, local media reported.

Arizona Senate candidate Blake Masters said on "The Faulkner Focus" that Big Tech censorship played a crucial role in the 2020 presidential election.  Masters said "if everyone followed the law" then Donald Trump would "be in the Oval Office," pointing to how the FBI pressured social media and tech companies, including Facebook, to censor "true information" related to Hunter Biden's corrupt dealings. "In the weeks before the election, millions of people didn't get to read about it, and then the media said, 'oh, well, that's okay, that's just Russian disinformation.' A diverse bipartisan coalition of Californians is leading the charge against a ballot measure to enshrine abortion rights in the state constitution, including some pro-choice voters who find the proposed amendment "too extreme." "Our diverse coalition and the coalition itself does not take a stance when it comes to the morality of abortion," said Catherine Hadro, a spokesperson for California Together, No on Proposition 1, which held a press conference last Thursday at the California state Capitol in Sacramento. "Proposition 1 is extreme, it is expensive, and it is unnecessary," Hadro said, adding that the measure would mean the state constitution would effectively guarantee "late-term abortion up until the moment of birth, even if both mother and child are perfectly healthy." Hadro maintained that the text of Proposition 1 is more vaguely worded than existing state law.

An Indiana man accused of smuggling three migrants crashed his car during a high-speed chase in Uvalde County recently, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.  Richard Diaz, 21, allegedly told police that he was being paid $3,000 per person to smuggle the migrants from the border community of Eagle Pass to San Antonio.  He was charged with two counts of human smuggling causing serious bodily injury, Texas DPS spokesman Christopher Olivarez told Fox News Digital.  The driver sped off during an apparent traffic stop in Uvalde County, Texas.  (Texas Department of Public Safety) Dashcam footage shows the driver accelerate away from an apparent traffic stop at night.
