Following City's historic victory over Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday which has seen them reach the Champions League final for the first time, Chelsea defeated Real Madrid on Tuesday to join them in Istanbul.
It was a dominate performance from the London club, with Madrid never looking likely to score after the opening stages, and goals from Timo Werner and Mason Mount sealed a 3-1 aggregate win.
