Charlotte Dawson 'teases' fans with 'pregnancy' photo as she 'goes extra' for her 30th birthday

Charlotte Dawson had fans doing a double take as she shared a batch of photos on her Instagram to mark her 30th birthday. The mum-of-one Instagrammed side-by-side pictures of herself in the same hotel wearing the same swimsuit, taken two years apart.

One showed her gently cradling her bump while she was expecting her son Noah with her fiancé Matthew Sarsfield. The other picture showed her, again surrounded by balloons, as she beamed for the camera while holding Noah at the Lakes Hotel & Spa in Windermere.
