Chris Aitken wants his East Kilbride side to give themselves the chance to meet Celtic or Rangers in the Scottish Cup by beating Dalbeattie Star on Saturday.Kilby face their Lowland League rivals this weekend in the third round of the prized competition.
The game comes off the back of a comfortable 4-0 South Challenge Cup third round win against WoSFL side Newmains United.Ryan Blair netted a double alongside goals from Lee Miller and Joao Victoria.But Aitken admits the Scottish Cup tie is even bigger, and that a Premiership encounter in 2022 would be huge for the club.
