A number of local celebrities have sent messages of support to a Manchester depot's first woman bus driver - who was let go for being 'too short'.
Tracey Scholes was given her notice last month after driving buses in Greater Manchester for the past 34 years. The Manchester Evening News reported that since bus operator Go North West repositioned its wing mirrors, 5ft Tracey is too short to use them at the same time as reaching the pedals.
