manchestereveningnews.co.ukdirect to your inboxA 'bully' who punched a man after a row over £30 has been jailed for a second time after his victim died.Darren Fitzsimons, died four years after being punched to the head twice by 38-year-old Michael Ramsbottom in Wythenshawe.Police said his family had to endure their 'own personal hell' as they watched Mr Fitzsimons' health deteriorate.Ramsbottom, who was previously jailed for his part in the killing of a 16-year-old boy during a pub attack in 2002, was initially locked up for 27 months for the assault on Mr Fitzsimons in July 2015.But following Mr Fitzsimons' death, Ramsbottom has been sentenced to another five years and nine months in jail after admitting manslaughter.Doctors said the cause of Mr Fitzsimons' death.
