Bridgerton series 'will have less sex' as Colin and Penelope take centre stage

Actress Simone's revelation comes after it was revealed the new series will focus on Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington.The second series of the popular period drama has already toned down on the racy scenes compared to the debut series focussing on Daphne Bridgerton and the Duke of Hastings.
Simone, 27, said the "steamy scenes will be less in abundance", during a panel event for the upcoming season, according to The Sun.
Many fans were disappointed by the second series which featured just one sex scene in total.
