"I didn't know what to expect when I put that video up," she said. "I didn't expect to have so many people reach out and let me know how they're doing and tell me about their own mental health struggles.

Giving advice to her younger self, the star noted: "I would tell myself it's not all doom and gloom. Even when you hit rock bottom, it's not all doom and gloom."
