A young boy has been rushed to hospital after being knocked down by a car on a Scots road. Emergency services raced to Raploch Street, in Larkhall, after the collision at around 3.20 pm on Thursday, December 2.

Cops were alerted after a four-year-old boy was injured after being knocked down by a car. The youngster was rushed to Wishaw General Hospital where he remains for treatment.

His injuries are not thought to be serious.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 3.20 pm on Thursday, 2 December, 2021, police were called after a 4-year-old boy was struck by a car on Raploch St, Larkhall."He was taken by ambulance to Wishaw General where he remains for treatment.
