Two teenagers have died and five people remain in hospital after suffering serious injuries following a car crash yesterday.

Emergency services were called to B4035 Campden Road in Shipston, Warwickshire, at around 4.10pm on Friday (April 21) following reports of a two-vehicle collision.

The collision involved a Ford Fiesta and a Fiat 500. A 17-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl, who were in the Fiesta, have sadly since passed away. READ MORE: Join the FREE Manchester Evening News WhatsApp community The pair were airlifted to hospital but succumbed to their injuries.

Their next of kin have been informed, reports Birmingham Live. A 16-year-old boy in the same vehicle was also airlifted to hospital and remains in a life-threatening condition.
