Ana Celia de Armas Caso (born 30 April 1988) is a Cuban actress. She began her career as a teenager in her native Cuba and most notably had a leading role in the romantic drama Una rosa de Francia (2006). At the age of 18, she moved to Madrid, Spain and starred in the popular teen drama El Internado for six seasons from 2007 to 2010. After moving to Los Angeles, de Armas had English-speaking roles in the horror film Knock Knock (2015) and the crime drama War Dogs (2016). Now, in a move away from signature brunette look, the actress has unveiled a new Marilyn Monroe makeover.The transformation is for Blonde, a new drama about to launch on Netflix which details the rise and demise of Marilyn.

For the role, Ana has had the full blonde bombshell treatment. She’s swapped her mid-length brown hair for a coiffed peroxide style, and she’s even had Marilyn’s beauty marks painted on her face.

Fans of Ana – who was recently unveiled as a new Estée Lauder global ambassador – were quick to compliment the 34 year old on her portrayal of Marilyn, despite the fact that only a short trailer is currently available to see snippets from.
