Blade assault in Lanarkshire street left man requiring surgery for serious wounds

A man sustained serious wounds to his hand and wrist when he was stabbed in a Motherwell street.Robert Clark, 36, was jailed for two years at Hamilton Sheriff Court this week.He admitted assaulting the man under provocation to his severe injury and permanent disfigurement in Muirhouse Road on September 1.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
