Binmen blasted after rubbish strewn across Irvine street on collection day

North Ayrshire have been blasted for allegedly leaving an Irvine street strewn with rubbish this morning. Empty bottles of wine and prosecco; food containers and cans of juice were spilled outside two Ravenscroft homes following this morning's collection.And this isn't the first time, claimed one brassed-off resident in the area.The local, who asked not to be named, said: "This is the third time the street has been left in this state in the past six weeks."My neighbour's grandchildren like to play outside but it's getting dangerous because of all of the smashed glass."By the time I cleaned it up there was glass on the road which could damage people's cars.The Ayrshire Live app is available to download now.Get all the local news in your area.
