Dundee United are set to open contract talks with Chris Mochrie and Louis Appere.The Tannadice club will also offer extensions to a number of their other academy graduates such as Lewis Neilson and Archie Meekison.United sporting director Tony Asghar is looking to seal new deals for the youngsters, who are all out-of-contract at the end of the season.
Attacking midfielder Mochrie and striker Appere have been regulars under Tam Courts in recent weeks while Meekison and Neilson have also had a taste of first-team football at Tannadice.
