BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Pete Wicks sparks 'heartbreak' as he ditches UK in emotional update

Pete and his professional dance partner Jowita Przystal were among the 15 new couples who performed their first routines of the series during week one of the 2024 competition on Saturday night (September 21).
Pete and Jowita danced the paso doble to Breathe by electronic dance music band The Prodigy. However, Pete has had to take a brief break as he was seen ditching the UK. The former The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE) star was on Wednesday (September 25) attending the wedding of his friend and fellow reality star Vicky Pattison in Puglia, Italy, after she and her husband Ercan Ramadan officially tied the knot in Marylebone, London, in front of their friends and family last month.
