BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Helen Skelton reveals home is 'more stressful' after 'intense' dance session

She's already admitted that her brain and feet are on fire from training for Strictly Come Dancing but it appears Helen Skelton is also enduring a bit of stress at home.

The TV star has been keeping her social media followers updated with her progress during week two of rehearsals for the dance contest.

Helen is among the 15 celebrities taking part in the 20th series of the BBC One show and last Friday, she, and viewers, were delighted to discover that she had been partnered with Gorka Marquez.

Then on Saturday, the new pairing made their debut in the ballroom with their first performance being an American Smooth to Aretha Franklin's You Send Me, which saw them awarded a score of 26 by the judges - Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Craig Revel Horwood and Anton Du Beke. "And the aim of the game is to be sexy..." she wrote over the image. "Not with these trotters #NoPainNoGain." And it's not just pain in Helen's feet as she also appears to have a pain in the form of Gorka being a bit of a prankster.
