Chris McCausland has given a cheeky insight into his Strictly Come Dancing's training with Dianne Buswell in which he recalls telling her: "I can't take this!" The comedian, who is the BBC One dance show's first-ever blind contestant, has won the hearts of viewers alongside his Australian professional dancer partner Dianne.

The pair has now opened up about the most emotional part of their Strictly journey so far, with Dianne saying: "I would say our first dance was the most emotional for us because we both just thought, 'Wow, we just achieved something that people thought was impossible', and we even thought could have been impossible until we finished." Chris added: "I’d say getting through that first one was such a release and a relief of joy.
