The BBC are reportedly planning to launch a dating show to compete with ITV's Love Island. It is understood that the BBC is working on a post-Covid dating show called Love In The Flesh, which will pair up couples who believe they found The One on dating apps during the coronavirus pandemic.The would-be-couple will meet for the first time on screen on a Love Island-style first date abroad to see if the spark of romance is still alive in the sizzling sun.
The new series, being produced for BBC Three, will be filmed this summer and is expected to launch onto small screens across the country later this year, according to The Mirror.
