BBC Breakfast's Nina Warhurst was left mortified after getting mistaken for being pregnant. The 41-year-old regularly appears on BBC Breakfast either as the business correspondent or stand-in co-host.
But over the weekend Nina took to Twitter to share an update from something that happened off screen. She tweeted: "I know people say London isn’t a friendly city, but someone just offered me a priority Tube seat thinking I’m pregnant, which I’m not.
So that’s nice isn’t it." One of Nina's followers replied: "Not sure to laugh or feel sorry for you. At least the gesture was there." Nina, who is married to husband Ted and has two children, responded with a picture of a fry up and joked: "Blaming my tiny breakfast."
