Lowland League champions last week the Fife outfit are still awaiting the green light to return to training for the Pyramid Play-Off against Highland League champs Brora Rangers in just 17 days’ time.
The winner of that tie would be due to play the bottom club in League 2 for a place in the SPFL - although league chiefs have still to decide whether that tie will even go ahead.Kelty - who have been out of action since lower league football was brought to a halt in January - are still abiding by government covid restrictions which means contact training is not allowed and players can’t travel between local boundaries to take part.
