Barbara Corcoran is facing a lot of backlash after making a body shaming joke about Whoopi Goldberg on The View.

On Thursday (October 7), the 72-year-old Shark Tank judge made an appearance on the ABC morning talk show alongside Good American CEO and founder Emma Grede, who is set to become the first Black, female guest shark on Shark Tank.

During their conversation, The View co-host Sunny Hostin raved about Good American‘s size-inclusive jeans. Whoopi, 65, then made a joke, saying, “Well, I have to try them…Will they fit this COVID [butt]?” Barbara then responded, and people were not happy with what she said.
