ok.co.ukThink back to five years ago, when the world was divided by a single dress, not just any dress but the dress. An optical illusion which viewers believed was either blue and black or white and gold.
Since first appearing on Tumblr 6 years ago by Caitlin McNeill, 10 million tweets have mentioned the dress with hashtags including #thedress #whiteandgold #blueandblack, scientists even began to investigate the photo for insights into human colour vision and have had papers written on it in science journals.
The Roman Originals frock has since been confirmed as ‘Black and Blue’ and now there’s another viral colour-changing dress which has been named the dress 2.0.
