Aoibhín Garrihy reunites with parents for a day at sea

There’s nothing like seeing families reunite after spending months apart, and Aoibhín Garrihy appreciated every moment she got while reuniting with her family in Dublin.

The Garrihy sister lives down in Co Clare with her husband John and their two children, with another one on the way, and finally got to make the trip to Dublin once inter-country travel opened.

Aoibhín, like many others, has been separated from her parents during the pandemic. Sticking to rules has meant longer time spent apart than ever and, just like countless families across the country, it’s been really tough for the Garrihy clan.
