A group of conspiracy theorists promoting combat training and threatening “direct action” are planning to hold a training camp in Strathclyde Country Park later this month.Alpha Men Assemble Scotland has witnessed a rapid increase in the number of its members on social media messaging site Telegram, shooting up from 100 to over 460 in the space of the last week or so.Anti-vaccine protestors have been urged to go to the gym and get themselves in shape to “fight the evil” prior to attending the Lanarkshire event.

The UK group has previously called on those attending its events to wear a black uniform, including black boots and hat.The Scottish wing’s Telegram site is “owned” by a member named Samuel, assisted by three admins.Many of the posts urge others not to take the COVID-19 vaccines or wear masks as required in public spaces.In one post Samuel states: “Do not falter, do not listen to the lies of the corrupt so-called elites.”He also posted a video of an individual named Matthew who seems to be the main co-ordinator
