Anne Heche's teenage son and ex-partner 'taking care of each other' since star's death
msn.comAnne Heche’s ex partner has spoken out about how he and their teenage son are coping since her death. The US actress was involved in a serious collision in August last year when she crashed her car into a house in Los Angeles, suffering a severe brain injury and slipping into a coma.
Days later, it was confirmed by doctors that Heche had suffered brain death, and on Friday she was declared dead under California law, with her organs going on to save several lives.
Heche was laid to rest at the Hollywood Forever cemetery in May, nine months after her death. She left behind a 14-year-old son, Atlas, who she shared with ex partner James Tupper.
Big Little Lies actor Tupper has now told how he and his young son are ‘taking care of each other’ as they grapple with the grief left behind by Heche.
