Staff at an animal rescue in Trafford are having sleepless nights after an influx of unwanted kittens left them rushed off their feet.

The rescue called 'Changing Lives at Carrington' has made an urgent plea to the public after amassing a total of 36 cats at their shelter despite only having space for 12.

Managing director, Nicole McGawley says the shelter is at breaking point leaving her ‘sleepless’ and worried about feeding and re-homing the adorable kittens.
