Love Island star Amy Hart has opened up about life as a new mum of one after welcoming her first child with Sam Rason. And as the couple adjusts to parenthood together with their little one, Amy, 30, has revealed she’s kicked her boyfriend out of their bedroom after giving birth to Stanley.

Chatting to Johnny Seifert on the Secure the Insecure podcast, Amy shared: "So like when we bought a day bed for the nursery people said to me, 'Oh, it's brilliant because Sam can sleep in there or you can sleep in there.' "And I was like, 'No, we're not one of those couples that will sleep in separate beds, we will always sleep in the same bed together.' "Anyway, me and Stanley sleep in the big bed and Sam sleeps downstairs in the nursery." Amy and Sam became parents for the first time last month after the new mum spent five days in hospital.

The TV star previously spoke of her birth experience with OK! as she revealed she was a fan of hypnobirthing. "Hypnobirthing was absolutely amazing – I did four days and 10cm on hypnobirthing and breathing alone," she said. "I completely recommend that to everybody – it was amazing!" Amy continued: “I used it in between my contractions as well, so that when I was pushing I used the hypnobreathing to keep my mind focused in between the pushes and then again when I was being stitched up." And the star gushed over her "magical" boyfriend as she revealed he was "so supportive" from start to finish.
