AMANDA Owen wowed fans after posting pictures of her children playing on a frozen river in her famous farm's grounds. The mother-of-nine, 48, hasn't had an easy start to the year — to say the least.

Due to the freezing temperatures at Ravenseat, the fields her children play on have been left frozen solid, along with the streams.

As Amanda and her family battled the freezing weather conditions - she posted an update for her fans. Taking to Twitter, Amanda told her 200k followers: "Been slipping & skating around all week, but these lot have been doing it for fun. "The water is incredibly shallow, only wet feet would result if the ice broke."
